Job Description

Designation: Sales/Businesses Development Executive Job Specification • Qualification of Graduate/MBA Sales & Marketing • 1-3 years exp. in relevant field of sales • Strong Ability to plan overall short term & long terms • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, Proficient in local / regional language. • Enthusiastic & Strong zeal to exceed business targets • Knowledge of computer, IT based apps & savvy with latest sales technology trends. Emoluments: Rs. 20000/- to 25000/- per month Job Locations: • Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ernakulam, Pune, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore. Reporting Structure: State Sales Head Job Purpose: • To achieve committed volumes/ targets by growing the business for Winds with strong emphasis on networking sales and enhancing the transactions. Job Profile: • Identifying prospective customer, partner and network team, build-up of pipelines with potential conversion, developing & managing new accounts, generating business & developing them to achieve consistent transactions. • To meet sales targets and closures, achieving (and exceeding) sales targets. • Report on all activities and provide relevant management information. • Practices aggressive sales to achieve the set goals. • Enhancing the daily transactions by regular follow-up. • Makes self-available in time and effort in all promotional and allied activities of sale. Key Result Area (KRAs) • Create network of Partners & Patrons • On-boarding network team in the assigned market. • Train them to create their network of team, Partners & Patrons. • Activating old recruited partners & ensuring that all Partners remain active through professional sales managing process. • Identify & appoint more of new quality retail outlets as WINDS Partners & with regular follow up to ensure that they motivate their own customers to do their purchases through WINDS. • Target more & more customers to become WINDS patrons and ensure loyalty in their shopping behavior using the WINDS platform. • Handholding of all stakeholders within working area. • Focus upon regular activities in working area to develop the market. • Emphasis on referral programs. • Regular and timely reporting to your immediate Reporting Manager. • Participation in all the activities conducted by WINDS.
