Job Title: Business Development Executive

Department: Sales & Partnerships

About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for reaching out to security agencies, guarding companies, and manpower/utility companies, introducing our solution, conducting product demos, and driving successful onboarding. This role involves strategic communication, consultative selling, and end-to-end client relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and contact potential leads within the security services and manpower sectors through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Actively pitch and explain product features, benefits, and value propositions to decision-makers.
  • Schedule, coordinate and deliver product demos (online/offline) to potential clients.
  • Follow up with prospects to answer queries, share proposals, and move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Support clients through onboarding: documentation, account setup, product training, and integration needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, lead status, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to share feedback and improve customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and onboarding targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Inside Sales; Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory; local languages a plus).
  • Confident in calling and presenting to corporate decision-makers (HR heads, Operations Head, Admin, Procurement, etc.).
  • Ability to understand and explain technology products, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools (training provided if needed).
