Location: Remote OR Onsite in Noida, Sector-63, UP- 201301
Shift Timing: Night Shift (Aligning with US Business Hours)
Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)

Stipend (Monthly): INR 5,000+ Incentive (Approx 2000-5000 INR) - Depend upon Interview
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) intern to join our dynamic sales team. This role is specifically designed for freshers who are eager to work with US-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, initiating conversations, building relationships, and helping to expand our client base.
This position requires working night shifts to align with US time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential US-based clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, etc.).
- Initiate and engage in professional communication with prospects to understand their business needs.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or demos with senior sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Regularly follow up with leads to keep them engaged and informed.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM tools and generate reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company offerings to effectively pitch solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in the US shift (Night shift).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
