About the Company:

VR Finserv is a finance company providing bank loan solutions to customers with complete guidance and support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding bank loan queries.

Understand customer requirements and convert interested enquiries into qualified leads.

Once the lead is generated, the sales team will take over and assist customers with the loan process.

Maintain basic call records and follow up with interested customers when required.
