Call Quality Analyst

Except More BPO Solutions is hiring Quality Analysts for an Insurance Renewal process for Axis Max Life Insurance. We are looking for both freshers and experienced candidates who are detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high-quality standards in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate customer calls and interactions
• Ensure compliance with company and client quality standards
• Provide feedback and coaching to agents for performance improvement
• Prepare quality reports and analysis
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
• Maintain documentation and audit records

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Any Stream)
• Freshers can apply
• Experienced candidates preferred (BPO/QA experience is a plus)
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Salary:

• As per industry standards (based on experience)

Working Details:

• 6 Days Working
• Day Shift
