Trev Mobility – Driver Job Description (NCR) 

Job Summary: 

Responsible for safe and timely transportation of passengers, vehicle upkeep, and maintaining professional 

conduct at all times. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Safely operate assigned vehicles in compliance with traffic rules and company policies. 

• Ensure timely pick-up and drop as per schedule. 

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle. 

• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues. 

• Log trip details accurately and submit duty sheets. 

• Follow all company procedures for attendance and conduct. 

• Stay available for local and outstation duties as per roster. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Valid LMV license. 

• 2–3 years of driving experience (commercial driving preferred). 

• Good knowledge of NCR routes and traffic rules. 

• Physically fit and punctual with a clean driving record. 

• Basic Hindi/English communication skills. 

Compensation & Allowances: 

• Per Day Salary: ₹840 

• Working Days: 26 (4 Weekly Offs) 

• Monthly Total: ₹21,840 

• Performance Incentive: ₹3,000 

• Overall Monthly Total: ₹24,840 

• Overtime: ₹70/hour for shifts exceeding 12 hours 

• Outstation Allowance: Full Day ₹840, Half Day ₹420
