Catering Manager - Sales & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and target potential corporate, industrial, and private clients for catering services.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and present customized catering proposals and quotations to clients.
• Conduct sales visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to close business deals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track conversion ratios.

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for menu planning and execution.
• Ensure timely communication between client, operations, and production departments.
• Conduct venue visits, site inspections, and ensure proper setup and service standards.
• Oversee staff allocation, logistics, and customer satisfaction during events.
