We are seeking an experienced Center Manager – Operations, Sales & Marketing to lead the efficient management of our swimming pool facility. This role focuses on daily operations, sales, marketing, safety compliance, customer service, sales growth, membership, coaching program and team leadership to maximize revenue and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring smooth and safe functioning.
• Drive membership and coaching program sales to boost revenue.
• Supervise maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and manage budgets.
• Lead and motivate the facility team to enhance performance and service quality.

Requirements:
