📌 Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to expand and manage our dealer/distributor network in the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens, Institutions). The candidate will be responsible for developing channel partners, increasing market penetration, and achieving sales targets for commercial kitchen equipment.



🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage dealer / distributor network across assigned territory.
  • Appoint new channel partners in untapped markets.
  • Drive sales of commercial kitchen equipment in HoReCa segment.
  • Generate business through consultants, architects, project contractors & kitchen planners.
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product training & demonstrations for dealers and clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities & pricing strategies.
  • Ensure timely collections & maintain healthy receivables.
  • Coordinate with production & dispatch team for smooth order execution.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs & promotional activities.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)

  • Strong network in HoReCa industry
