Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to manage food preparation and kitchen operations at The Spotlight Venue. The candidate will ensure high-quality food, hygiene standards, and timely service during events and celebrations.
Key Responsibilities• Prepare and cook food as per event requirements
• Plan menu items according to client preferences
• Maintain taste, quality, and presentation standards
• Manage kitchen staff and assign daily tasks
• Ensure proper stock and raw material management
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per SOPs
• Control food costs and reduce wastage
• Coordinate with Venue Manager for event schedules
• Monitor kitchen equipment and maintenance
