Job Description
Job Summary :
The Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing, verifying, and submitting project bills in accordance with contract terms, drawings, BOQs, and work progress. The role involves coordination with site, planning, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing, certification, and payment realization.
Required Skills :
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of BOQ, contract conditions, and measurement standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, billing software, and ERP systems.
- Good understanding of GST, billing procedures, and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Qualifications :
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or relevant discipline).
- 3–5 years of experience in billing for construction/infrastructure projects.
