Mindset and Study Skill Development 3. 21st-Century Skill Development About This Role- This is a high-growth end-to-end B2C sales role, where you will learn and exhibit world-class sales skills. Before you start dealing with prospects and clients, we will train you thoroughly in time-tested sales principles, the Tads sales process, and best practices of sales from around the world. Your target audience includes high-school students and their parents. When you enrol a student in our programme, you are not just selling them a programme, but an opportunity to transform themselves towards their best possible version. Role- 1. Turn cold leads into eager prospects. Relax, we'll teach you how! 2. Maintain a full sales pipeline with active prospecting. 3. Interact with prospects via multiple channels including phone, text/email, zoom, and occasionally in-person. 4. Convert prospects into enrolled students by handholding them through our sales process. 5. Maintain relationships with enrolled students and parents. Generate referrals from them. 6. Use our CRM for your pipeline management and reporting. Requirements- - Must hold a bachelor's or a master's degree. We will make exceptions for those with proven sales backgrounds and other skills that we need. - You must be an excellent communicator, fluent in Hindi and English, with good relationship-building skills.
