Job Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for acquiring new clients, generating business, and promoting recruitment & staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Pitch recruitment and staffing services to HR managers and decision-makers.
  • Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
  • Maintain records of leads, meetings, and conversions.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales/business development (preferably recruitment industry).
  • Target-driven, proactive, and good at relationship building.
