Job Description
Role Overview:
Responsible for acquiring new clients, generating business, and promoting recruitment & staffing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Pitch recruitment and staffing services to HR managers and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.
- Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and conversions.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales/business development (preferably recruitment industry).
- Target-driven, proactive, and good at relationship building.
