Client Relationship Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our existing dealer network in the refurbished laptop market. The role involves regular communication, understanding dealer requirements, and ensuring repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers (past customers)
• Regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Understand dealer requirements and share relevant stock/price updates
• Generate repeat orders and increase dealer engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
• Resolve basic queries and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Comfortable with calling and client handling
• Basic understanding of sales/customer dealing
• Organized and proactive approach

Preferred:

• Experience in sales, telecalling, or client handling
• Exposure to laptop/IT/refurbished market (optional but a plus)

Goal of the Role:

To maximize repeat business from existing dealers and build long-term partnerships.
