Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team at Brindavan Udyog (India). In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients regarding their orders, collecting payments, and gathering customer reviews. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely communication regarding order status, updates, and delivery details.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any billing inquiries.
• Request and gather customer reviews and feedback post-service to enhance satisfaction and improve our offerings.
• Coordinate with internal sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate and seamless order fulfillment.
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and payment records to provide actionable insights to the management team.
