Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a self-driven person with a pro-active attitude.

1.      Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met.

2.      Managing accounts and projects under supervision

3.      Understanding and communicating clients marketing/creative briefs to the creative team.

4.      Ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of the client’s project.

5.      Preparing monthly/ quarterly account reviews.

6.      Ensure estimate approvals, advances, MOUs and follow up with the clients for payments and ensure its timely release

7.      Experience in handling development clients as well as corporate clients shall be desirable but not essential

8.      Pitching innovative ideas to clients

9.      Work with the team to plan and implement the best branding/communication strategies for the client

10.  Brainstorm with relevant teams for client pitches and execution of briefs.
