Role Overview- We are looking for a smart, peoples skills, and result-driven female professional who can manage client communication and convert interested leads into happy, paying clients.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys conversations, understands people’s emotions, and can confidently guide them toward making a decision.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, DMs) with professionalism and warmth
• Understand client concerns and effectively communicate our program benefits
• Convert leads into sales through structured conversations
• Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups with potential clients
• Build trust and long-term relationships with prospects
• Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversions
• Coordinate with the founder for client-specific cases if needed
• RequirementsPrior experience in sales / client handling / counseling / tele-calling (must-have)
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to close leads
• Excellent spoken and written English (Hindi is a plus)
• Confident, persuasive, and empathetic communication style
• Organized and disciplined with daily tracking and reporting
• Basic understanding of wellness/health industry is a bonus
