Job Description

We are looking for a talented Client relations Manager responsible for supporting the organisation & its group entities. You will be working across end-to-end support functions, including the undermentioned pointers but not restricted to the same across departments and associates. Salary is no bar for the right candidate. • Maintain existing client’s profile to achieve relations goals. • Address client concerns promptly and professionally. • Inform clients about company services and promotions. • Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately. • Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction. • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. • Discovers and explores business opportunities. • Enhances the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and potential requests. • Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers • Build long-term relationships with clients and customers • Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues • Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling or upselling opportunities • Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them • Encourage high sales and good customer service practices • Create strategies and work with clients to boost the brand • Help promote and maintain a positive company image • Liaise between an organization and its clients to ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients and increased revenue for the company. • Conduct surveys and analyses to identify client opinions of a brand or service • Develop and implement action plans to improve the company-client relationship • Utilize CRM tools and database in the management and organization of client relationship information • Collaborate with teams to ensure active implementation of client relationship objectives during sales operations • Establish client relationship targets as well as the strategies necessary for actualizing set goals • Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations/laws on client-company relationship • Analyze industry trends to identify developments in client relations and adjust accordingly • Maintain contact with clients through calls, emails, and arranged meetings to update them on product offers and ensure they are satisfied with received product/service • Assist clients in selecting choice plans, managing budgets, and arranging personal conditions for the purchase of products • Carry out analysis to identify opportunities for expanding customer base and improving sales • Organize training programs for client relationship staff to improve their job knowledge and enhance their skills • Establish convenient online channels for easy ordering and payment for services • Assist in addressing client complaints as well as resolving issues or challenges with the received product Key skills • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be the party of confidential information • Flexibility and adaptability • Good oral and written communication skills • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative • Tact and diplomacy • Communication skills • Knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
