Job Description

Summary: We are seeking an experienced client servicing manager to lead our client servicing department in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing client relationships, managing projects, and delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate should also have a track record of driving results, building strong client relationships, and leading a team. Key responsibilities: 1. Provide outstanding customer service to clients via emails/calls, etc. 2. Manage a team, ensuring proper execution and delivery of campaigns and services, meeting assigned KPIs within the stipulated time 3. Provide guidance and support to team members as and when required 4. Collaborate with relevant departments to better address client needs, providing regular updates to higher management 5. Manage the budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of services 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business needs, and propose appropriate solutions 7. Participate in the development of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials 8. Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities with existing and potential clients Requirements: 1. Graduate/Postgraduate degree 2. Proven experience in managing client relationships, managing projects, and delivering exceptional customer service 3. Excellent communication skills with strong listening skills 4. Proficient in MS Excel and in writing emails 5. Ability to lead and mentor a team Note: This is a senior position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
