Cluster Manager Operations
Zypp Electric ground operations team is primarily responsible for sourcing, supervising, grievance redressal of riders who work through Zypp platform as delivery partners in various e-commerce, food delivery and bike-taxi aggregation companies. Cluster managers are assigned and stationed at various client/zypp hubs to supervise daily operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor, track and supervise team leaders for rider sourcing and client deliveries.
2. Prepare daily roster of tasks for team leaders and track competition within time-lines 
3. Ensure timely reporting of riders, grooming standards, quality checks and timely dispatch of deliveries. 
4. Resolve any enroute issues and assist in expediting deliveries.
5. Ensure that any breakdowns are serviced on time.
6. Ensure that vehicles are timely serviced and charged.
7. Conduct daily briefing with riders and apprise/motivate them to achieve service standards and metrics.
8. Track and monitor daily attendance of team leaders.
9. Investigate and perform RCA related to client complaints and escalation
10. Ensure safety of company assets and recover vehicles when necessary.
11. Ensure high utilisation of rented e-vehicles by taking data-backed decisions
 
Mandatory Requirements
1. Min qualification: Graduate. Min Work Experience: 1 year 
2. Must have min 6 months hands-on experience in managing blue collar staff on the ground
3. Must have min. 3 months in  grocery or food delivery businesses,
4. Must be familiar with local areas and routes.
5. Must have ability to source, train, groom and supervise large pool of riders
6. Must be able to track, understand and report data on excel and/or google sheets.
 
Other requirements
1. Good health. Should not be more than 30 years of age.
2. Willing and capable to work for 10–12-hour in flexible shifts
4. Open to travelling across multiple clients when required.
5. Should be able to converse in the local dialect or Hindi/English language.
6. Should have a good understanding of the local market and competition.

Telecaller Agent
Zypp Electric rider experience back office team is primarily responsible for gathering and documenting rider information, resolving rider grievances related to tech or payouts and for disseminating any important information related to policy changes or rate cards. These riders work through Zypp platform as delivery partners in various e-commerce, food delivery and bike-taxi aggregation companies. 
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor, track and supervise team leaders for rider sourcing and client deliveries.

2. Must have min 3 months as an outbound telesales agent.

5. Must have creative thinking skills and patience when interacting with customers or riders.
6. Must be able to track, understand and collect data on excel and/or google sheets.
 
Other requirements
1. Should be able to converse in the local dialect or Hindi/English language.
2. Should be target-oriented, aggressive, efficient and persistent.
