Kaam ka Vivran (Job Description)Harold Electricals mein CNC Operator ke role mein, aap high-precision electrical components ko manufacture karne wali CNC machines ko operate aur maintain karenge. Aapko drawings aur specifications ke hisaab se machine setup karna hoga, parts ko inspect karna hoga, aur quality standards ensure karne honge.

• Zimmedariyan (Responsibilities)
• CNC machines ka daily setup aur programming (G-code editing)
• Raw material loading/unloading aur tool selection
• Part dimensions aur surface finish ki inspection using calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Machine downtime minimize karne ke liye preventive maintenance
• Production targets meet karna aur OT reports submit karna
• Safety protocols follow karna (PPE usage, lock-out/tag-out)

• Yogyaata (Qualifications)
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering ya equivalent
• Minimum 2 saal CNC operation ka experience
• G-code, CAM software (Mastercam, Siemens, Fanuc) ka basic knowledge
• Reading technical drawings aur blueprints aani chaiye
• Team-player attitude aur problem-solving skills

• Jaruri Skills (Key Skills)
• CNC lathe/milling machines operate karna
• Precision measurement tools use karna
• Machine parameters optimize karna
• Basic machine maintenance aur troubleshooting
• Good communication (Hindi & English mix chalega)
