Collection Executive / Officer

🏢 Job Description:

We are hiring Debt Recovery Agents for our Delhi location. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers for outstanding payments and ensuring timely recovery as per company guidelines.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers via calls to recover pending payments

Negotiate and resolve payment-related issues professionally

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Achieve monthly recovery targets

Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer handling

Prior experience in debt recovery, collections, or telecalling will be an added advantage

🔹 Additional Details:

Salary range: ₹12,000 – ₹45,000 (depending on experience and performance)

Performance-based incentive up to ₹2,500
