Job Description – Collection Executive

Job Title: Collection Executive

Department: Collections

Location: 📍 509, 5th Floor, Vishal Tower, District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi

Reporting To: Team Leader / Collection Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Contact customers via calls to collect outstanding payments.

Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery.

Explain payment options and resolve customer queries professionally.

Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments, and payments in the system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Handle customer objections and negotiate suitable payment plans.

Escalate critical or non-responsive cases to senior authorities.

Ensure strict compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

Eligibility / Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.

Prior experience in collections/telecalling is an advantage (Freshers can apply).

Skills Required:

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Good customer handling and problem-solving ability.

Discipline, punctuality, and a professional attitude.

Target-oriented mindset.

Working Hours:

9 Hours Shift

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
