Job Title: Collection & Recovery Telecaller

Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 + Incentives

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Debt Recovery Executive to join our team in Laxmi Nagar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in debt recovery or collections and will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts from clients.

• Key Responsibilities:Contact and negotiate with debtors to recover outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
• Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on debt recovery progress to management.
• Resolve disputes and provide excellent customer service to maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
• Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in debt recovery, collections, or a related field.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively.
