Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer followups and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining strong and professional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls, emails, and messages

2. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities

3. Ensure timely recovery of dues as per company policies

4. Handle customer queries related to billing and payments

5. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

6.Prepare daily and monthly collection reports

Required Skills:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2. Good negotiation and convincing ability

3.Basic knowledge of accounts and billing

4. Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications

Qualification:

1. Graduate (Any Subject)

2.Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
