Job Description – Collection ExecutiveJob Title: Collection Executive

Location: 509, 5th Floor, Vishal Tower, District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi

Reporting To: Team Leader / Collection Manager

• Roles & Responsibilities:Contact customers via outbound calls to collect outstanding payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery.
• Explain payment terms, due dates, and available payment options clearly.
• Handle customer queries and objections in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Coordinate with the team leader regarding difficult or escalated cases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
• Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in collections/BPO preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Working Days & Timings:6 days working
• Fixed shift (as per company policy)
• Salary & Benefits:Fixed salary + incentives (as per performance)
