• Job Responsibilities:Outbound collection/recovery calls to customers for Home Credit & Bajaj process
• Follow-up with customers for due/overdue payments
• Maintain call logs and update payment status in system
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Achieve daily calling and follow-up productivity
• Ensure compliance with company policies & process guidelines
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience in collection/recovery preferred (Freshers can also apply)
• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
