Job Description
- Contact overdue customers and follow up for pending payments
- Negotiate repayment plans, EMIs, or full settlements
- Educate customers about repayment policies and consequences of non-payment
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
- Update call logs and recovery status in CRM systems
- Trace skip cases and arrange alternate contact details
- Coordinate with legal or field recovery teams when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical recovery practices
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Basic knowledge of collection and recovery processes
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
