Job Description
We are looking for a Collection / Recovery Tele Sales Executive responsible for contacting customers, reminding them of overdue payments, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a professional and polite approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending EMIs / overdue payments
Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment options clearly
Follow up regularly to ensure timely collections
Maintain accurate call and payment records
Handle customer objections and negotiate payment commitments
Coordinate with the backend/operations team for payment updates
Ensure compliance with company recovery policies and ethical standards
