Job Title: Collection Officer

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Collection Officer to manage and recover outstanding dues from customers. The candidate will be responsible for timely follow-ups, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring maximum collection efficiency while following company policies and legal guidelines.

• Key Responsibilities:Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls, visits, emails, or messages
• Recover outstanding dues as per assigned targets
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers when required
• Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Prepare daily/weekly collection and recovery reports
• The company have a branches in Gurgaon, Karnal, Jaipur, Lucknow and Kolkata in future we wants to open a branch in Bangalore, Chennai also in Dubai
