*JOB DESCRIPTION* for *COLLECTION TELE-CALLER*
* Contact customers via dialer/phone to inform them of overdue accounts and payment status.
* Negotiate for overdue payments and settlements within established guidelines.
* Update customer information and payment records in the system.
* Follow up on established payment arrangements with customers.
* Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding payments.
* Target oriented approach.
