Collection Team Leader

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead, manage, and coach a team of collection agents to achieve recovery targets.

2. Execute and guide skip tracing strategies for hard-to-reach accounts using approved tools and data sources.

3. Monitor daily performance, call quality, and team productivity.

4. Handle escalated and complex collection cases.

5. Ensure compliance with collection laws, regulations, and internal company policies

6. Provide regular feedback, training, and performance improvement support to team members.
