Position: Community Growth Leader (Remote / Part-Time)

We are looking for experienced team leaders who have strong communication skills and experience in managing or motivating teams in online business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 2–3 online Zoom sessions per week

• Motivate and guide community members

• Deliver short presentations and leadership talks

• Help build team engagement and business growth

• Support members with training and awareness sessions

Work Mode:

✔ Flexible schedule (pre-scheduled sessions)

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong speaking and presentation skills

• Experience in team handling / leadership roles

• Confident personality with motivational ability

• Comfortable speaking to online audiences

• Hindi/English communication preferred

Compensation:
