Job Description

Responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with clients, tracking recovery cases, and following up with registrars and authorities to ensure smooth processing of unclaimed shares recovery cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Management
  • Collect and verify documents required for unclaimed shares recovery cases.
  • Prepare documentation for IEPF claim filing and company submissions.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of client KYC documents.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of cases.
  • Assist in preparation of IEPF forms and claim documentation.
  • Track progress of each recovery case.
  • Maintain case status reports and internal dashboards.
  • Follow up with clients for pending documents.
  • Guide clients on documentation requirements
  • Registrar & Authority Follow-up
  • Coordinate with Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTAs)
  • Track claim status with companies and IEPF authorities.
  • Ensure timely responses to queries raised by registrars.

Process Improvement

  • Maintain case trackers and MIS reports.
  • Improve documentation workflows to speed up recovery timelines.
  • Assist management in optimizing operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong documentation and administrative skills
  • Excellent follow-up and coordination ability
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of shares, demat accounts, and financial documents
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and document management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Semi Qualified CS/CA/ICWA
  • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Finance
  • 1–3 years experience in:
  • Legal documentation
  • Financial services operations
  • As there are separate Intermediate Exam (leading to Semi Qualified) and then Final Exam (leading to complete degree). Semi Qualified CS meets our requirements and come at reasonable cost....Fully Qualified CS is required by large company
