Job Description – Computer Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily computer-based tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and office software.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Manage data entry, update records, and maintain databases.
• Generate daily reports, documentation, and backup files.
• Perform routine system checks and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Handle printing, scanning, emailing, and digital filing.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in data handling.
• Coordinate with IT staff for system maintenance or technical support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma in Computer Applications / Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Environment
