We're looking for a highly organized and communicative Coordinator & CRM to manage our machinery rental business across different states. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure smooth site management, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage daily operations of machinery rental business across multiple sites

- Coordinate with operators, site supervisors, and mechanical teams

- Maintain daily records, report breakdowns, and site conditions

- Arrange transportation of vehicles and equipment

- Handle correspondence with clients and internal teams

- Oversee operators' upkeep and performance from the office

*Requirements:*

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Experience in machinery rental or a similar industry is a plus

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
