Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit educational content as per CBSE/ICSE/State Board/NCERT syllabus
• Develop lessons, explanations, examples, activities, and assessments
• Ensure content is age-appropriate, conceptually accurate, and plagiarism-free
• Work closely with editors, subject experts, and designers
• Revise content based on feedback and curriculum updates
• Maintain consistency in tone, language level, and learning objectives
• Create supporting content like introductions, summaries, worksheets, and question banks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command over English (Hindi knowledge is a plus)
• Understanding of school curriculum and pedagogy
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language
• Good research and fact-checking skills
• Familiarity with MS Word / Google Docs
• Experience in educational publishing preferred

Preferred Skills

• Subject specialization (Maths / Science / EVS / Computer / English)
• Experience with NEP 2020 framework
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for content enhancement
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
