About the Role

We are looking for a creative and insight-driven Social Media Content Strategist who can plan, execute, and scale organic content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role requires a strong understanding of audience behavior, content trends, and storytelling to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy

Plan and manage end-to-end content for social media accounts

Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules

Identify content formats and ideas that drive organic growth

Topic Ideation

Generate high-impact content ideas for founders and brands

Identify trends and convert them into engaging content

Craft strong hooks and angles to capture audience attention

Video Direction

Guide editors on storytelling, pacing, and content structure

Improve video retention and engagement through better direction

Ensure content aligns with platform-specific best practices

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with writers, editors, and internal teams

Coordinate with clients or stakeholders when required

Ensure seamless execution from ideation to publishing

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in content strategy, social media growth, or content planning

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn ecosystems

Proven ability to identify engaging topics and content formats

Experience guiding video editors on hooks, storytelling, and structure

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced content environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with founders, personal brands, or media companies

Strong understanding of short-form video trends (Reels/Shorts)

Exposure to performance-driven content environments

Interest in storytelling, audience psychology, and social media behavior
