Job Description

  • You are to write culturally grounded questions in your native language (and Hinglish when asked), plus an ideal answer and a weighted score
  • Cover domains like Food, Everyday Life, History, Law & Ethics, Arts & Culture, Media, Sports.
  • 10 years in journalism, research, teaching, arts/culture, history, food, law, media, etc.
  • Native-level proficiency in one Indian language (e.g., Hindi, Bengali) — plus at least one dialect (e.g., Bundeli Hindi, Sylheti-influenced Bangla).
  • Demonstrated domain depth (journalism/academia/heritage, etc.) or strong regional knowledge.
  • Ability to write clear, bias-aware, non-stereotyped content.
  • Comfortable writing Hinglish/code-switch prompts and listing spelling/romanization variants.
