Content Writer & Editor

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware professional who can manage our social media presence end-to-end — from ideation to execution. The role involves designing creatives, editing videos, planning content, managing influencer collaborations, and engaging with our audience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Canva
• Working knowledge of Photoshop
• Experience with Instagram content & trends
• Basic video editing skills (Reels-focused)
• Familiarity with AI tools for design/content
• Understanding of beauty/skincare content (preferred)
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Creative & Design

• Design social media creatives, banners, posters, and ad creatives
• Create Instagram posts, stories, reels thumbnails, carousels
• Design using Canva (mandatory) and Photoshop (preferred)
• Maintain brand consistency, fonts, colors, and tone

Video Content

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels & Ads
• Assist in ideating and executing skincare education videos
• Work with raw footage and convert it into engaging content
• Use AI tools for content enhancement (editing, captions, ideas)

Social Media Management

• Plan and schedule content calendars
• Handle daily posting, captions, hashtags, and trends
• Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs (basic customer interaction)
• Ensure timely responses aligned with brand voice

Content Creation

• Generate skincare-focused content ideas
• Convert product features into engaging educational posts
• Assist in writing captions, hooks, and reel scripts

Influencer Marketing

• Identify relevant influencers (skincare, beauty, lifestyle)
• Reach out, coordinate, and manage influencer collaborations
• Track deliverables and performance
• Handle basic communication and follow-ups
