Job Title: Continental & European Chef (Tandoor Expertise Required)

Location: Vasantkunj

Experience Required: Minimum 5–12 Years

Industry: Hospitality / Premium Restaurant / Hotel / Club / Resort

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and versatile Chef with strong expertise in Continental, European, and Tandoor cuisine. The candidate must be capable of handling multi-cuisine kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, innovative menu creation, and maintaining international hygiene standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present high-quality Continental and European dishes including Italian, French, Mediterranean, grills, steaks, sauces, and pastas.
  • Expertly manage Tandoor section including kebabs, breads, tikkas, and live grill preparations.
  • Design and update multi-cuisine menus as per seasonal and customer preferences.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Maintain food cost control and reduce wastage.
  • Supervise kitchen team and coordinate with other sections.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Handle inventory management and stock control.
  • Train junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Key Skills Required:Strong knowledge of European cooking techniques and sauces.
  • Hands-on experience in Tandoor operations and live counters.
  • Expertise in plating and presentation standards.
  • Ability to manage bulk orders and banquet operations.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in high-volume kitchens.
  • Qualification:Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
  • Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in 4-star/5-star hotels, premium restaurants, or clubs.
  • Creative mindset with ability to handle multi-cuisine operations.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen SOPs and international standards.
  • Flexible to work in shifts and extended hours if required.
