Cook / Chef

We are hiring experienced Chinese Cook / Chefs (Commis 1 / 2 / 3) for multiple restaurant locations in Delhi NCR.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in Chinese cuisine including wok cooking, sauce preparation, and food plating.

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per standard recipes
• Assist Head Chef / Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards
• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance
• Handle kitchen stock and inventory properly
• Work efficiently during peak hours
• Candidate Requirements:1–5 years experience in Chinese kitchen
• Good knowledge of sauces, gravies, and wok section
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Team player with positive attitude
