Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager – Corporate InsuranceExperience: 1–3 Years
Industry: Insurance Broking / Corporate Insurance
Location: Field + Office / Hybrid ( Delhi NCR / Gujrat/ Banglore)
Role OverviewThe Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for generating corporate insurance business through lead generation, client meetings, and conversion of fresh and rollover opportunities. The role involves working closely with corporate clients to understand risk requirements and offering suitable insurance solutions across multiple product lines.
- Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Lead Generation & Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate new corporate leads through market mapping, references, networking, and direct outreach.
- Develop a strong pipeline of SME and corporate clients.
- Generate fresh insurance business and support revenue growth targets.
- 2. Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementConduct meetings with HR, Finance, and decision-makers of corporate clients.
- Understand client risk profiles and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Build long-term relationships to ensure renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage rollover business and maintain client retention.
- 3. Sales ExecutionCoordinate with internal teams and insurers for quotations and proposal submissions.
- Assist in negotiations and closure of insurance deals.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance for clients.
- 4. Coordination & ReportingMaintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with operations and servicing teams for seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and insurance products.
- Eligibility CriteriaMBA / PGDM / Graduate in Insurance, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate insurance sales or B2B sales.
- Candidates with prior exposure to insurance broking or corporate insurance preferred.
- Key Skills RequiredStrong communication and presentation skills.
- Corporate client handling and relationship management.
- Sales orientation with negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of corporate insurance products.
- Self-driven and target-oriented approach.
- ComplianceAll activities to be conducted in accordance with guidelines issued by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
