Counsellor

The Health Sector Counsellor is responsible for guiding doctors, healthcare professionals, and patients (if applicable) by providing accurate information, counselling support, and assistance related to healthcare services, medical courses, or treatment options. The role focuses on ethical communication, proper guidance, and relationship management.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel doctors, medical professionals, and prospective candidates about healthcare programs, medical courses, or treatment services.
• Explain course structures, eligibility, fees, schedules, and training outcomes clearly.
• Conduct follow-ups via calls, messages, emails, and meetings in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with faculty, operations, and management teams for smooth execution of batches or services.
• Address queries, concerns, and objections patiently and ethically.
• Support candidates during the admission and onboarding process.
• Provide post-enrolment support and guidance when required.
• Collect feedback to improve counselling quality and services.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or any relevant field (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare counselling, medical education counselling, or hospital coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of the healthcare or medical training sector.
• Ability to handle queries calmly and professionally.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
