Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their fashion needs
- Assist in selection of garments, fabrics, sizes & styling
- Promote new collections and offers
- Achieve sales targets
- Handle billing & payments accurately
- Maintain product display and counter stock
- Coordinate for alterations (if required)
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in fashion/garment retail
- Basic knowledge of fabrics & fashion trends
- Good communication & sales skills
- Presentable personality
