Credit Executive – Short Term Personal Loan

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and assess customer creditworthiness
• Verify customer documents, income details, and eligibility criteria
• Analyze credit reports (CIBIL/credit bureau) and risk profiles
• Recommend approval or rejection as per company credit policy
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing

Requirements:

• Knowledge of personal loan products and credit underwriting
• Understanding of CIBIL and risk assessment
• Good analytical and communication skills

Collection Executive – Short Term Personal Loan

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for timely repayment of EMIs
• Manage overdue and delinquent accounts effectively
• Negotiate payment commitments and settlement plans
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions
• Handle field and tele-collections as per assigned portfolio
• Escalate critical cases for legal or recovery action when required

Requirements:

• Experience in loan collections (short-term loans preferred)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Willingness to work in the field and meet targets

Relationship Manager – Short Term Personal Loan

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and onboard new customers for short-term personal loans
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Act as a point of contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for faster disbursement
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Achieve monthly disbursement and portfolio targets

Requirements:

• Experience in sales or relationship management in lending/finance
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Customer-focused approach
