* Login & file check
* Clear pendency with banks/NBFCs
* TVR (Technical Valuation) coordination
* CAM support
* Disbursal confirmation
Handle daily login and initial document verification for loan files.
- Coordinate with Banks and NBFCs to clear pending requirements and queries.
- Manage TVR (Technical Valuation) coordination to ensure property/asset checks are completed on time.
- Support the Credit team with CAM (Credit Analysis Memo) preparation.
- Track and confirm final loan disbursals with all stakeholders.
