Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Enterprise Leased Line customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, service requests, and escalations efficiently.
- Coordinate with NOC, provisioning, and field teams for quick fault resolution.
- Monitor uptime, SLA adherence, and service performance for enterprise clients.
- Share outage notifications, maintenance updates, and service advisories with customers.
- Maintain customer records, circuit details, and service history.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and contract renewals.
- Ensure timely collection follow-ups in coordination with accounts team.
- Maintain CRM updates and prepare daily/weekly customer status reports.
