Job Description
We Are Hiring – CRM Manager (Debt Collection & Recovery)
Company: Sikka Group
Location: Noida & Preet Vihar, Delhi
Salary: Good Salary + Incentives (Best in Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer accounts, debt collection & payment recovery
• Follow up with clients for overdue payments
• Maintain CRM records and prepare recovery reports
• Coordinate with sales & finance teams for closure
• Manage legal / escalation cases if required
Requirements:
• 1+ years experience in CRM / Collection / Recovery (Real Estate preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of CRM software & MS Excel
