Customer Care Executive

I am looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to help manage job search in the Tech / Software / IT industry. This is a remote role.

What You'll Do:

• Research and identify relevant job openings on portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Dice, and company career pages
• Submit job applications on using my resume, cover letter, and profile information
• Communicate professionally with recruiters via email, LinkedIn, or phone — including follow-ups, scheduling interviews, and answering initial screening questions
• Track all applications and recruiter conversations in a shared spreadsheet or tool (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion)
• Provide daily or weekly progress updates

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with tech job portals and roles (software engineering, product, data, etc.)
• Ability to craft personalized cover letters or messages when needed
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or job search assistance is a plus
